Import Administrator* Supply Chain & Distribution | Experienced | Temporary | Full-Time
Tasks:
- Handling imports (focus on sea- and airfreight) for the European market sowie following-up all relevant import documents
- Working in close collaboration with shipping companies, import agents as well as with European distribution centres and other internal Nintendo departments
- Taking care of the customs clearance processes, tariff classifications and tax assessment notes
- Being a main contact for customs offices and Federal Statistical office
- Handling general administration like invoice matching, cost comparisons, reporting and filing
Requirements:
- Commercial education, education as a Forwarding Agent would be an advantage
- Relevant working experience in the area of import shipments and customs handling
- Good German and English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- A precise, well-structured, responsible approach to work and the ability to work well with a team
