Tasks

  • Supporting management by conducting analyses on performance, profitability and progress of projects including research and cost estimations
  • Channelling related communication between Nintendo of Europe’s Finance department as well as Nintendo Corporate Limited (Japan)
  • Budgeting, controlling and allocation of costs, handling of invoices in compliance with reporting duties and escalation procedures
  • Supporting manpower planning processes
  • Maintaining normal function of the project tracking tool (CATS), improving its system structure and correcting of project tracking of staff

Requirements

  • Very good command of English
  • Japanese at a business-fluent level
  • Team-oriented, strong customer focused, excellent conceptual and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel
  • Experience with MS Excel VBA, MS Power Query, MS Power Automate and SAP (CATS/ERP) would be a plus
  • Affinity and experience with numbers and complex correlations
