We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Working Student in Munich to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Advisor and HR Project Team, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of HR operations while actively contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives. Gain insight into and support key HR processes, including performance reviews, development conversations, and employee lifecycle management. Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for interns and employees. Assist the HR Advisor and HR Project Team with day-to-day HR operations and strategic projects. Take ownership of intern-related HR activities, including support for the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. Prepare employee-related reports and data analyses in collaboration with HR coordinators and relevant stakeholders. You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. You are proactive, hands-on, and eager to take on new challenges. You are data-driven, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You are fluent in German and English , both written and spoken. A supportive and dynamic work environment where learning is encouraged.
