niostem’s mission is to enable healthier and more fulfilling lives by creating smart wearable technology that unlocks the regenerative potential of the human body. Our first product is the world's first device to regrow hair. Our approach is revolutionary and based on our own research at the Max Planck Institute. We are a start-up from Cologne and are currently preparing our full-scale launch. Our technology will change the lives of millions of people and you can help us get there. We prefer applicants who are already in Cologne or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben:

• Building a 360° product ecosystem around hair health with a special focus on digital health.
• Transform the niostem App into a cornerstone of the product.
• Co-develop the 2nd generation of the smart wearable.
• Constantly improve the existing product through customer feedback.
• Support the launch of new products.

Anforderungen:

• University degree in software UI/UX, arts, design, or related areas.
• You are hungry for success and a doer - “Execution is key.”
• You have launched at least 2-3 products.
• You know how to build a 360° ecosystem of hardware, software, and support products.
• You have at least two references who can confirm your quality.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
• The applicant must be located in the European Union, preferably in Cologne or willing to relocate to Cologne.
