At Picnic, you'll jump straight into a pivotal leadership role as a Graduate Operations Supervisor (m/w/d). Based at our new semi-automated Fulfillment Center (FC) in Falkensee, you will be the driving force behind our operational success, contributing to building Europe's most modern, 100% electric delivery system, backed by investors like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of logistics. While our state-of-the-art Falkensee FC opens in August 2027, you have the chance to start earlier, immersing yourself in our operations through comprehensive onboarding at existing sites such as our manual FC in Ludwigsfelde or our fully automated FC in Oberhausen. This ensures you gain a holistic understanding of our processes and are perfectly prepared to lead when Falkensee goes live. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Act as a coach and role model, leading and inspiring a team of 5 Lead Shoppers and over 150 Shoppers with genuine interest in people development.
• Shift Management: Maintain a comprehensive overview of FC operations, prioritize daily tasks, and ensure all orders are dispatched punctually.
• Operational Dynamism: Experience a perfect blend of hands‑on action on the warehouse floor (4 days per week) and strategic deep dives in the FC Office (1 day per week).
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by developing your own logistics projects and elevating operational workflows through proactive initiative.
• Ownership: Embrace responsibility beyond your immediate domain, proactively seeking out solutions and taking charge to advance overall objectives.

Eligibility & Requirements

• A completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Burning passion for logistics, ideally coupled with initial practical experience in a warehouse environment (e.g., through internships or a working student position).
