- Professional Overview
Are you a seasoned marketing professional who thrives on building markets rather than simply managing campaigns?
We are seeking an experienced Senior International Marketing Manager to drive the expansion and development of our client's presence across the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, and Finland).
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing Digital Health company, where you\'ll go beyond pure channel control to strategically connect performance marketing with brand building, leverage local market insights, and maintain a clear commercial perspective.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the market landscape for our innovative digital health solutions.
You\'ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, BI, and Product, as well as external partners, enjoying significant autonomy and scope for impact.
Your influence will span the entire marketing funnel, from strategic campaign planning and operative execution to in-depth analysis and continuous optimization.
This position is ideal for a data-driven leader who is passionate about both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
You will have genuine responsibility for international market development, with the opportunity to create and refine processes that enable efficient marketing scalability across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full marketing ownership for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
- Develop and implement comprehensive local marketing strategies across various channels.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant paid media channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, and LTV, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate closely with BI and Analytics teams to continually refine campaigns, target audiences, and customer journeys.
- Plan product and market launches, ensuring central campaigns are localized effectively for relevance.
- Integrate digital channels with traditional branding measures, including TV and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.
- Oversee external agencies and partners, ensuring high quality in both strategy and execution.
- Develop and evolve processes and structures to efficiently scale marketing efforts across multiple markets.
- Eligibility & Requirements
- Several years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or International Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta, with the ability to strategically assess and operatively understand campaigns.
- A data-driven approach, capable of translating marketing KPIs into clear, impactful decisions.
- Experience in a fast-growing environment, such as E-commerce, D2C, Subscription services, Digital Health, or a comparable digital business model.
- Prior experience managing international markets; specific experience with Sweden, Denmark, or Finland is highly relevant.
- Structured, pragmatic working style with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Fluent and confident communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Finnish is a strong advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
- Hybrid work model possible (Munich, Berlin, or fully remote), with an initial 3-4 month presence in Munich recommended.
- A professional, dedicated team with agile decision-making processes.
- Significant scope for creative input and genuine responsibility for international markets.
