We empower over 10,000 companies worldwide, including industry leaders like Wise and On Running, by automating everything from travel bookings to expenses and invoice processing.

Our mission is to eliminate "shadow work"—the time-consuming, manual tasks that drain productivity and morale—to unleash real work with real impact.

By tackling a $1.7 trillion problem, we enable businesses to operate more efficiently and innovate faster.

Founded in 2015, Perk has rapidly scaled into a global force with over 1,800 employees across 12 international offices, with headquarters in London and Boston.

We are a dynamic Saa S and AI technology scale-up, deeply integrating AI not just into our product but into how every team operates.

Our culture is driven by values like ownership and delivering a 7-star experience, fostering an environment where curiosity, purpose, and mindset are valued alongside knowledge, unlocking the full potential of our diverse, global talent base.

Professional Overview

Perk is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Privacy to lead and evolve our global privacy program.

In this critical role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding data, ensuring regulatory compliance across our international operations, and embedding privacy-by-design principles throughout our AI-powered travel and spend management platform.

As Perk continues its rapid growth, handling sensitive data for thousands of businesses worldwide, your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining trust with our customers and partners.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned privacy professional to shape Perk's privacy strategy and framework.

You will operate at the intersection of legal, product, and technology, advising on complex data privacy matters, mitigating risks, and fostering a robust culture of privacy within an innovative, fast-paced Saa S environment.

If you are passionate about data privacy and eager to make a significant impact on a global scale, we invite you to join our team.

  • Manage and respond to data subject requests (DSARs), data breaches, and other privacy incidents.
  • Conduct regular privacy audits and monitor compliance across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs for all employees.
  • Stay abreast of evolving privacy laws, regulations, and best practices, proactively adapting Perk’s privacy framework.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure an integrated approach to risk management.
