Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Human Resources, you will:

  • Lead and develop the HR team, taking full responsibility for all personnel matters for approximately 130 employees.
  • Actively define and enhance the HR department\'s strategic role within the organization.
  • Proactively contribute to and help shape the company\'s culture and values.
  • Establish and build out new talent and professional development programs.
  • Drive the simplification and digitalization of HR processes, tools, and systems.
  • Develop and implement a modern, authentic, and visible employer brand strategy.
  • Provide expert counsel to the management board and leadership team on complex HR issues, including change management processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and control of personnel costs.
