Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR team and assume overall responsibility for all HR activities for approximately 130 employees.
- Actively define and enhance the role of HR within the organization.
- Proactively contribute to and shape the company's culture.
- Establish and develop new talent development and learning initiatives.
- Simplify and digitalize HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Cultivate a modern, authentic, and visible employer brand, enhancing the company's positioning in the talent market.
- Provide expert consultation to the executive management and leadership team on all HR-related matters, including complex issues and organizational change processes.
- Analyze, plan, and manage personnel costs effectively.
Eligibility & Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Educational Background:
- Completed vocational training or university degree with a focus on Human Resources.
- Professional Experience:
- Several years of progressive professional experience in a broad HR role, ideally with leadership exposure.
- Profound knowledge and practical experience across all facets of HR operations, including German labor law, social security, and payroll tax regulations.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong systemic thinking capabilities, with an interest in organizational dynamics and human behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural intuition for people.
