As a Lead / Principal Deployment Engineer, you are the linchpin of Celonis delivery, guiding the implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers. This role is distinct from traditional consulting; you are an AI-augmented professional who orchestrates and directs AI agents to build data models, generate analyses, and configure operational solutions. Your expertise lies in applying critical judgment to validate AI outputs, adapt solutions to unique customer contexts, and ensure unwavering business relevance, ultimately driving measurable impact and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hands-on implementation and deployment of complex Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring high-quality and rapid delivery.
- Serve as an AI-augmented delivery professional, utilizing Celonis’s AI deployment tools as primary instruments to direct AI agents in building data models, generating analyses, and configuring operational solutions.
- Apply expert judgment and deep platform mastery to validate AI-generated outputs, adapt solutions to specific customer contexts, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Translate complex customer business problems into clear technical specifications and innovative Celonis solutions, focusing on tangible, measurable impact.
- Own the outcome of solution deployments, including go-live, initial adoption, value realization support, and fostering the long-term success of customer engagements.
- Manage key customer relationships, providing architectural guidance and strategic oversight for deployed solutions.
- Iterate closely with customers to refine solutions, ensuring continuous value generation and addressing evolving business needs.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Proven experience leading the implementation of complex software solutions for enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated deep platform mastery and domain/industry expertise relevant to process mining or enterprise software deployment.
- Ability to understand business-critical problems, translate customer needs into technical specifications, and design effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a clear focus on delivering measurable business impact and value.
- Experience with or a strong aptitude for AI-augmented delivery methodologies, including directing agentic systems and validating AI outputs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, essential for customer relationship ownership.
- A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to solution go-live, adoption, initial value realization, and long-term customer success.
