Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Independently lead and actively contribute to interdisciplinary process improvement projects within the production environment.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and implement structured methodologies for continuous operational enhancement.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Develop and execute measures to boost production efficiency and systematically reduce process losses and scrap.
  • Lean Management Application: Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods strategically to address technical and organizational challenges.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical deviations using structured problem-solving processes and thorough root cause analyses.
  • Implementation & Sustainability: Coordinate improvement initiatives and ensure their sustainable implementation into the production process.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Completed university degree in natural sciences, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated strong knowledge in the methodical steering, coordination, and implementation of technical projects.
  • Methodological Expertise: Proven experience with Lean Management and Six Sigma principles and tools.
  • Production Environment Affinity: High affinity for technical plants and production processes, particularly within a GMP-regulated setting.
  • Work Style: Diligent, process-oriented, and autonomous approach with a strong focus on solutions, quality, and compliance.
  • Certification (Advantageous): Lean or Six Sigma certification, such as Green Belt or Black Belt.
