Position Summary As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key accounts for NIU Technologies in the retail channel for our full line of electric motorcycles. You will also be responsible for managing and growing our existing network of specialty dealerships for electric motorcycles in your designated market.
Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with key accounts in the consumer electronics retail channel for our electric motorcycle product line.
Develop and implement account‑specific business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Provide product training and support to key accounts to ensure successful product launches and ongoing sales growth of electric motorcycles.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in your designated market.
Manage and grow our existing network of specialty dealerships for electric motorcycles in your designated market.
Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer performance and achieve sales targets for electric motorcycle business.
Conduct regular dealer visits to provide training and support, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities for motorcycle sales.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to support the growth of the electric motorcycle business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in the consumer electronics or automotive / electric motorcycle industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and dealerships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in German and English.
