Shape project delivery across high-voltage cable systems
Join NKT and play a key role in delivering high-voltage cable projects across Eastern and Central Europe. As Head of Project Delivery & Cable Systems, you will oversee project execution, commercial performance and team development within a growing business supporting the green transition. Working in an international environment, you will contribute to the expansion of critical energy infrastructure while collaborating with colleagues, customers and partners across multiple markets. Oversee project delivery and commercial project performance
In this position, you will be responsible for the Project Delivery and Cable Systems department within Grid Solutions Hub CEMEA. You will coordinate project, technical offer/order and commercial management activities across tendering, procurement, order handling and project execution. The role combines operational oversight, people management and portfolio coordination to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with contractual requirements.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Develop departmental resources, capabilities and delivery set-up
- Ensure alignment between sales, engineering, procurement and project management
- Allocate and support Project, Technical Offer/Order and Commercial Managers
- Monitor project portfolio performance, risks, costs, cash flow and quality
- Manage contracts, changes, claims, governance and compliance activities
The position is based in Berlin and reports to the Director Projects and Installation Management. Travel is expected for approximately 25 days per year. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, installation management, supply chain and QHSE functions.

You are comfortable working across functions, balancing multiple priorities and building productive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You also have:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of project management experience within linear construction projects
- German and English language skills
- Experience with MS Office, SAP and project/site management tools such as Procore
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day work
- Experience with high-voltage cable installation (preferred)
