Overview
In this role you guide the site management function for major HV cable installation projects across Europe, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality execution on site. You’ll shape processes, coach Site Managers and drive continuous improvement to meet project requirements and timelines. The position supports the green transition by delivering critical energy infrastructure with a focus on safety, quality and collaboration.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Allocate and deploy Site Managers across projects
- Oversee site execution, budget adherence and installation quality
- Implement HSE requirements and QHSE reporting standards
- Develop Site Managers through coaching and people management
- Improve site processes, mobilisation, documentation and Procore utilisation
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management or site management of linear construction projects
- Knowledge of HSE standards and requirements in Germany, Benelux and other European countries
- Experience with MS Office, SAP and project/site management tools
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in high-voltage cable installation
- People-focused and collaborative attitude
