Job Description:
For major industrial projects in the Rhine-Ruhr region, we are looking for a Lead QA/QC Inspector with extensive experience in NDT coordination. You will act as the quality authority on site, ensuring documentation and inspections run flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance:Perform and coordinate visual inspections (VT2) and manage Non-Destructive Testing (RT, UT, MT, PT).
- Documentation Management:Maintain Quality Control Plans (QCP), As-Built dossiers, and piping/weld books.
- Interface Management:Communicate with German asset owners in German, while instructing international quality inspectors and fitters in English.
Requirements
- MBO+/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with VT-2 / NDT Level II/III certifications.
- Languages:Excellent command of GermanandEnglish(Dutch is a plus).
- Proven experience in the chemical, energy, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Thorough knowledge of international standards (EN 13480, EN 12952, ASME B31.3).
