Overview
In this Principal Consultant role, you guide Regulatory Affairs strategy and growth within NNIT’s Life Sciences practice. You’ll lead client engagements, drive RFP responses, and shape business development initiatives to expand the Regulatory Affairs portfolio. The position blends delivering consultancy projects with building client relationships and contributing to sales and offerings development. You join a multicultural, dynamic team focused on digitalizing QA, regulatory, and lab processes for top life sciences clients.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and deliver consultancy projects in advisory, project lead, or architect roles
- Co-own and execute growth strategy for Regulatory Affairs through business development and thought leadership
- Drive sales activities, pre-sales, and RFP development to win new projects
- Provide coaching and mentoring across Regulatory Affairs consultants
- Develop consultancy offerings and delivery methodologies
- Engage with clients, partners, and vendors to expand NNIT client relations
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Support delivery with strong documentation and communication skills
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Compliance or Regulation (or similar)
- Significant Regulatory Affairs experience in life sciences, consultancy or within a pharmaceutical company
- Proven consulting experience in a large life sciences consultancy
- Strong sales and business development aptitude in a consulting environment
- Experience managing client, partner, and vendor interactions; ability to network for business development and project delivery
- First-class documentation and interpersonal skills for cross-level liaison
