Matricel manufactures collagen matrices for e.g. dental applications. A quality control specialist works in the quality control lab and in the clean room. Performs in-process analyses of samples provided by the manufacturing department and release testing of final products.
Responsibilities
- In-process testing of samples
- Release testing of end products
- Sample preparation in the clean room
- Microbiological monitoring of the clean room
- Calibration/maintenance of analytical equipment
- Incoming inspection of delivered goods for the manufacturing department
- Trend analysis using Excel
- Preparing reports in case of deviations
