As a Senior Product Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of dental implant solutions. Your primary focus will be leading technical projects and taking full responsibility for developing products according to the company’s Design Control Process and compatibly to the Idea to Market process. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop products according to the company’s Design Control and Idea to Market processes. Plan, perform and coordinate design verification and validation activities. /li liEnsure all required specifications and related documentation are in place in due time and quality to assure early milestone achievement. /li liBe the overall responsible for the timely completion in a cross-functional team of the documentation for the development of a new product as per Design Control and Risk Management processes. /li liManage external partners, suppliers, and KOLs in relation to assigned development activities. /li liIdentify patentable designs and file patents in cooperation with the company’s IP department. /li liIdentify process and product improvements and support improvement requests for other departments. /li liContinuously report to line and project manager achievements and escalates challenges in a timely manner. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 h3Knowledge and Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong technical background (BSc, MSc or equivalent) in relevant field (e.g. biomedical or mechanical engineering). /li liFurther education in Medical Technology or Business Administration is a plus. /li liFluent in English (spoken and written), German is an asset. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liStrong analytical skills and result orientation with interest in innovation and new technology. /li liAnalyzes issues and breaks them down.
