The role
Reports to: Founder/CEO
Market: DACH primary / international enterprise oversight
You take over and expand existing enterprise relationships currently held by the CEO, inherit a live pipeline a motivated SDR, and a senior freelance exec covering Benelux. You install the playbook, run deals yourself, and turn a fragmented GTM into a repeatable motion across the segments.
What you will do
- Deploy and enforce a metrics‑driven GTM: methodology, playbooks, cadences, pipeline hygiene
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to close for new enterprise clients
- Develop and execute account strategies for complex, multi‑stakeholder deals involving procurement, IT, and compliance
- Represent the product credibly in rooms with C‑level and VP‑level buyers
- Reactivate dormant and closed‑lost pipeline; build the system so nothing sits unworked
- Segment and run three distinct motions: PLG, SDR‑assisted, and enterprise ABM/outbound
- Coach the SDR and commercial team to proactivity
- Establish a repeatable sales motion as the foundation for future team growth
What you bring
- Hands‑on B2B SaaS closer; proven in enterprise and mid‑market without heavy infrastructure behind you
- Track record selling into health verticals – insurance, pharma, medtech – with a strong industry network
- Experience xayajpt deploying a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC, SPICED, BANT, or your own)
- Comfortable at C‑level: strategic conversations, not just transactional ones
- High ownership mentality: you identify what's broken, propose the fix, and drive it through without waiting to be directed
- Berlin‑based or within ~2 hours
- Background in regulated markets, API/data, or public sector useful – not required
- German C2/native required · English C1+ required
- Not a fit: need a full SDR bench and brand to sell behind, or prefer to direct rather than do
