Quality Resident (Dingolfing)

Would you like to work directly with customers, oversee the quality of our products and act as a key link between customers and our internal teams? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Resident to join our Quality team, who will represent NOBO Automotive directly at a customer’s premises in Dingolfing.

Your main role will be to ensure that our products meet the required standards and customer specifications, to respond quickly to any issues that arise, and to coordinate their resolution.

What can you expect from this role?

• You will represent the quality department directly at the customer’s premises,
• you will check the quality of the products supplied and ensure they comply with the customer’s requirements and specifications,
• In the event of production or supply chain non-conformities, you will coordinate immediate corrective action,
• you will liaise regularly with the quality and production teams and monitor the implementation of corrective actions,
• you will analyse non-conforming products and oversee the follow-up actions,
• you will be involved in internal and external audits, reporting non-conformities and suggesting improvements,
• you will work with internal teams and suppliers to optimise quality processes,
• You will maintain the necessary quality documentation, reports and records of inspections carried out.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has:

• Technical qualifications or equivalent practical experience,
• experience in quality assurance, ideally in the automotive sector,
• knowledge of quality tools and methods, such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP or SPC,
• the ability to analyse problems, work with data and propose effective solutions,
• very good communication and organizational skills,
• independence, responsibility and the ability to work under pressure,
• a very good knowledge of English (knowledge of German would be a great advantage),
• a willingness to work on-site at the client’s premises and to travel as required.
