Head of Inflight Service Department

Nobox and SG Aviation Services are inviting applications for a Head of In-flight Service Department opportunity with one of our established private jet operators in the Asian market.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced hospitality and aviation professional with a strong background in cabin service, VIP guest operations, and departmental leadership. The successful candidate will have experience leading teams to deliver safe, consistent, and premium service for aircraft owners, VIP passengers, and charter clients, alongside expertise in establishing service standards, SOPs, training programs, and quality controls.

This role will require the candidate to manage departmental resources, collaborate closely with Flight and Ground Operations, and maintain alignment with approved operational and safety procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in aviation, hospitality, tourism, business management, or a related field (equivalent relevant experience may be considered).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aviation, cabin service, luxury hospitality, or premium guest services, including supervisory or team-coordination responsibilities.
• Experience developing or implementing service SOPs, service standards, training materials, or quality evaluation processes.
• Practical knowledge of VIP service, passenger care, catering coordination, food safety, cabin presentation, and service etiquette.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to prepare professional reports and operational documents.
• Demonstrated planning, problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and people-development skills.
• Experience in business aviation/private-jet operations or serving VIP aircraft owners and charter clients, as well as managing Flight Attendants or premium hospitality teams is desirable.
