Responsibilities
- Managing the construction of photovoltaic farms
- Supervising the quality and timeliness of the work performed
- Monitoring and settling subcontractors
- Coordinating material deliveries with manufacturers and the central purchasing team
- Collaborating with Site Engineers – organizing work, setting goals, and priorities
- Actively cooperating with other departments and the Investor’s representatives during project execution
- Reporting on work progress and risks
- Creating and controlling project schedules and budgets, searching for and contracting subcontractors, coordinating the work of teams involved in the projects (designers, legal department, procurement, subcontractors), continuous monitoring of work execution, and communication with the investor
- Implementing tools, processes, and reports to manage the project portfolio
- Actively participating in the development of new business lines, implementing processes/tools to optimize document flow/status, etc.
- Assisting the Investor with ongoing inquiries, providing answers, preparing reports, etc.
- Supervising the energization process of the photovoltaic farm
Our Requirements
- Higher technical education, e.g., electrical, electrotechnical, or construction-related
- Minimum 4 years of experience working on large-scale photovoltaic farms in Germany
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Category B driving license
- German language proficiency at least C1 level
- English language proficiency at least B2 level
