Your mission
- You are responsible for the sales success of our clients in the markets of leading retail companies
- Maintaining existing relationships and building new business contacts and stores
- Monitoring and improving point of sale (POS) performance and obtaining special placements
- Motivating and training sales personnel and actively selling our products to the stores
- Planning, negotiating, and implementing local marketing activities to increase sales
- Ongoing and diligent reporting on developments in your sales area
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Enthusiasm for revenue generation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent, reliable, structured, and self-responsible work style
- Passion for sales, enjoyment of working in sales and marketing, and interacting with people
- Willingness to travel for field sales challenges and possession of a Class B driver’s license
