Business Development Manager – Air Filtration Sector (Germany)

Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in technical sales and a background in the air filtration or industrial sector , to develop business across Germany and Central Europe . This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to navigate multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships across Germany and Central Europe.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide customised product and service offerings.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
- Deliver regular sales performance updates and reports to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of technical sales experience in the industrial or air filtration sector .
- Background in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering .
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German highly preferred. Other languages such as French, Polish, or Italian are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Germany and neighbouring countries.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
