We’re seeking a Financial Controller / Finance & Controlling Specialist to join an international organisation at the forefront of automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Southwest Germany (Baden-Württemberg region), offering the flexibility to combine on-site collaboration with remote work.

About the Role

In this position, you will support and enhance the company’s financial and controlling processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing and processing financial data
• Preparing regular management and financial reports
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinating with international headquarters and external financial partners
• Contributing to process improvement and compliance in financial operations

What We’re Looking For

You have a solid background in finance or controlling, ideally gained within a manufacturing or automation environment, and bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Very good command of English (German is an advantage)
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
