Qualifications Highly driven sales professional with a strong track record in medical aesthetics or specialty healthcare sales.
Proven success in both new business acquisition and account development.
Experience selling premium products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or aesthetic physicians.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a field‑based role.
High resilience, persistence, and adaptability in a competitive environment.
Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage and influence KOLs.
Consultative sales approach, combining clinical understanding with business acumen.
Fluency in German and English is required; fluency in Italian is preferred.
Flexibility to travel for business (up to 50%).
Right to live and work in Switzerland; no visa sponsorship.
