Process Supervisor Bayreuth or Rostock (m/f/d) Concrete Towers

Join Nordex Group as a Process Supervisor in Bayreuth or Rostock, overseeing concrete tower production to ensure quality standards are met. You will supervise production stages, manage manpower and tools, and coordinate with teams to achieve set goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure production adheres to established processes and specifications.
• Identify issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor progress.
• Manage inventories and coordinate with subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Report deviations or issues to the Quality Manager.
• Monitor and improve machinery and production quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain daily production reports and collaborate with global teams.

Your Profile

• Higher Education (HNC) or equivalent.
• Experience in production processes, especially in concrete manufacturing and technological control, including self-compacting concrete.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Teamwork skills.
• Methodical and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
