Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Technician (m/f/d) to develop and implement manufacturing processes and quality plans in collaboration with local resources at each concrete factory.

YOUR TASKS:

• Implement quality-focused methodologies and procedures
• Standardize materials and auxiliary elements for constructing concrete towers
• Report and analyze information, documentation, and results to the responsible areas
• Conduct audits of concrete tower components
• Detect and manage non-conformities
• Support local resources: material testing, resolving daily issues, and addressing questions
• Handle homologation, reception control, and traceability of materials (Romanian raw materials)
• Oversee construction process segments: preassembly of concrete tower keystones and erection of segments
• Perform final inspections on assembled towers
• Inspect internal assembly of concrete towers

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Engineering
• Experience with precast concrete/manufacturing processes, preferably in renewable energy sector, and familiarity with quality processes
• Proactive work style, leadership mindset, and good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international team
• Capacity to supervise multiple processes simultaneously
• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
