As Team Lead Site Management, you will be responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of Site Managers delivering wind energy projects across various locations in Germany. You will ensure that construction sites are operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with our quality and HSE standards. In doing so, you will combine strong leadership skills, operational excellence, and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure successful project execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a team of Site Managers
• Conduct performance and development discussions and support the professional and personal growth of your team members
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards across all construction sites
• Take responsibility for the implementation of company processes and quality standards within operational site activities
• Work closely with management to define and implement short-term and long-term objectives
• Plan and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution
• Further develop execution processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance quality and productivity

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of leadership experience in an operational or project-oriented environment, ideally within the wind energy, construction, or infrastructure industry
• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable technical qualification
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety, with the ability to lead by example and promote a sustainable safety culture
• Experience in managing distributed teams as well as planning and coordinating resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing internal and external stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven approach to work, even in dynamic and challenging situations
• Fluent German and English language skills and a high willingness to travel within Germany
