HSE Specialist MAN Rostock & Bayreuth (m/f/d) Concrete Tower

Concrete Tower\’s business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

Your Tasks

• Coordination and control of HSE systems during the manufacturing process
• Set the best strategy so safety during the production of concrete structures could be guaranteed, following the existing regulations
• Ensure that the manufacturing process follow the HSE guidelines and influence so that these guidelines are fulfilled
• Ensuring compliance and application of rules and quality control on site
• Collaborate in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health and safety
• Investigation of the work accidents and report them to appropriate manager
• Supervise the management of environmental processes as well as promote its compliance

Your Profile

• Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
• Experience in precast concrete/manufacture processes and with concrete precast quality control processes
• Qualification as HSE coordination and advanced use of HSE-specific software
• Knowledge of construction techniques (materials, systems and construction processes)
• Knowledge of the country HSE law and about the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished
• Very good English skills; German is a plus
