YOUR TASKS
- Monitor and control the smooth operation and energy production of our wind turbines worldwide through remote monitoring in a 24/7 shift operation environment
- Analyze faults, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner
- Coordinate service interventions in close collaboration with local service organizations
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, availability targets, and response times together with the team
- Provide technical support to customers and field technicians, assisting them whenever necessary
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification
- Strong technical understanding and interest in wind turbine technology; initial experience in the operation of large-scale industrial assets is an advantage
- Experience with remote monitoring software (e.g., SCADA systems) is desirable but not mandatory, we will provide comprehensive training
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- A structured and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to stay focused in challenging situations
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes
- Strong team spirit and clear, respectful communication skills
- Very good English language skills
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule as part of a reliable and supportive team
