Deine Aufgaben:

• Disziplinarische Führung und fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeiter des Teams
• Mitarbeiter- und Teamentwicklung
• Sicherstellung der Aufgaben im Team entlang der Kundenbetreuung in der Sales Phase (Genehmigung gemäß BImSchG Gesetz) und des Vertragsabschlusses
• Optimierung der Prozesse und Abläufe im Arbeitsbereich
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen sowie den internationalen Regionen
• Mitarbeit bei der zukünftigen Ausrichtung des Bereiches Technical Sales

Deine Qualifikation:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Windenergie und in der Standortbewertung für Windkraftanlagen
• Erste Führungserfahrung (wünschenswert)
• Ausgewiesene Kenntnisse der Konstruktion einer Windkraftanlage
• Umfassende Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Hohe Integrität und Motivation, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Verständnis der interkulturellen Kommunikation in einem internationalen, dynamischen und sich schnell entwickelnden Arbeitsumfeld
• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
