Service YOUR TASKS Monitor and control the smooth operation and energy production of our wind turbines worldwide through remote monitoring in a 24/7 shift operation environment Analyze faults, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner Coordinate service interventions in close collaboration with local service organizations Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, availability targets, and response times together with the team Provide technical support to customers and field technicians, assisting them whenever necessary
YOUR PROFILE Successfully completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification Strong technical understanding and interest in wind turbine technology; initial experience in the operation of large-scale industrial assets is an advantage Experience with remote monitoring software (e.g., SCADA systems) is desirable but not mandatory, we will provide comprehensive training Good knowledge of MS Office applications A structured and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to stay focused in challenging situations Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes Strong team spirit and clear, respectful communication skills Very good English language skills Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule as part of a reliable and supportive team
