Aufgaben

  • Implementation and realization of the sales strategy and knowledge transfer
  • Enforcing governance to ensure group-wide scaling and harmonization

Profil

  • Has a degree with a focus on marketing or business or a comparable qualification
  • Has experience with sales organizations and methods as well as with the definition and optimization of business processes
  • Is experienced in strategic planning and project management across different regions
  • Ideally has experience in the food industry or agricultural sector
  • Has intercultural skills and strong interface management and organization skills
  • Has experience in the areas of change management, leadership and building through change
  • Has a high level of team and customer orientation and a strong commitment to service excellence
  • Has a high degree of flexibility, an independent way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Is willing to work both domestically and abroad
  • Has very good application knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Is fluent in English and ideally speaks German
