Head of Commercial Excellence (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and realization of the sales strategy and knowledge transfer
• Enforcing governance to ensure group-wide scaling and harmonization
• Promoting the continuous improvement of sales processes and the use of tools
• Cross-national cooperation for implementation and exchange of best practice examples
• Promoting the development of a culture of excellence
• Development, management and implementation of various sales excellence initiatives and organizational development
• Conceptual development and implementation of sales KPIs in collaboration with other functions involved
• Monitoring key performance indicators to assess internal and external customer satisfaction in relation to sales and supply chain activities
• Supporting the Head of Sales & Marketing in the daily sales business in the B2B area
• Assuming KAM responsibility for multinational customers
• Promotion of joint value initiatives

The ideal candidate (m/f/d):

• Has a degree with a focus on marketing or business or a comparable qualification
• Has experience with sales organizations and methods as well as with the definition and optimization of business processes
• Is experienced in strategic planning and project management across different regions
• Ideally has experience in the food industry or agricultural sector
• Has intercultural skills and strong interface management and organization skills
• Has experience in the areas of change management, leadership and building through change
• Has a high level of team and customer orientation and a strong commitment to service excellence
• Has a high degree of flexibility, an independent way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
• Is willing to work both domestically and abroad
• Has very good application knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Is fluent in English and ideally speaks German
