Role Overview
The Senior ServiceNow Presales Consultant will provide technical consulting in the context of our ServiceNow Sovereign Partner Cloud offer, analyze customer requirements, and design concepts and technical solution designs in offers and responses to tenders.
What You Will Do
The role involves technical consulting, analysis of customer requirements, consulting on ServiceNow licenses, close cooperation with account management, and development of sales-supporting documents and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, architecture, or technical consulting, in-depth knowledge of at least one ServiceNow module, and strong presentation skills.
Requirements
- Successfully completed study of (business) informatics, comparable study with focus on informatics or successfully completed vocational training.
- Several years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, architecture, or technical consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one ServiceNow module (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, SecOps) and understanding of the platform architecture.
- Strong interest in the efficient interlinking of IT and business processes.
- Ability to analyze and structure complex issues to present them in a simple way.
- Customer and service orientation, as well as occasional travel readiness.
- Presentation skills and very good German and good English skills in word and writing.
