Your tasks on deck:
- 360‑degree responsibility for the NORSAN brand in the UK
- Build up the NORSAN business in the UK and acquire new customers and partners
- Develop and implement creative marketing and sales activities and sometimes take unconventional paths to reach new target groups
- Recognize opportunities in the UK market and use them for the success of NORSAN
- Act as a technical expert for product‑related or health‑related questions about omega‑3 and be the contact person for therapists and customers and actively participate in specialist congresses
- Maintain close contact with the country teams in France, Italy, Poland, Slovenia and the Baltic States
What we expect from you:
- Native English speaker with good German skills
- A degree with a focus on marketing/communication or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- A hands‑on person and also a founder’s mindset
- Pushing things forward is in your blood and you constantly question traditional methods
- You like to think outside the box and work in a solution‑ and goal‑orientated way
- Affinity for topics around health and nutrition would be great
