Your mission
At north.io , marketing is about understanding our audience, aligning with business objectives, and driving revenue in a highly specialized enterprise B2B SaaS environment. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Marketing Manager (F/M/D) with a proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing, including managing long sales cycles, account-based marketing (ABM), and content marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Revenue Team, be supported by our Marketing Designer, and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Objectives of this Role :
- Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, lead nurturing, and revenue growth within the enterprise B2B SaaS sector.
- Alignment with Revenue Goals : Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with revenue objectives and customer needs.
- ABM Excellence : Implement and manage account-based marketing initiatives tailored to key enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and customer priorities.
- Metrics-Driven Decision-Making : Use analytics to evaluate marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Lead the development and execution of marketing plans, focusing on enterprise B2B SaaS strategies, including ABM, inbound, and content marketing.
- Partner with the CRO and Revenue Team to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target market segments.
- Develop a rich content strategy and editorial calendar (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars) to support lead nurturing and ABM campaigns.
Campaign Management
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads, and events, to drive lead generation and engagement.
- Manage marketing automation workflows, leveraging HubSpot (or similar tools) for lead scoring, nurturing, and tracking.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Designer to create compelling visual and written assets that resonate with target audiences.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Establish closed-loop analytics to measure marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Continuously refine marketing tactics based on data insights and evolving market trends.
Your profile
Required
- Experience : 3+ years of marketing experience, focused on enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including long sales cycles and ABM strategies.
- Proactive and Results-Oriented : A self-starter with a hands-on approach to driving initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Metrics-Driven : Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
- Content Marketing Expertise : Demonstrated ability to create and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content that drives lead generation.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM tools.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Preferred
- Experience with enterprise marketing tools such as Hubspot, and zapier.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
- Willingness to travel for events and client meetings as needed.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
