Tasks & Responsibilities – Variety Instead of Routine

  • Value-Driven Customer Support: After a thorough onboarding process, you will assist our customers (via phone, email, and TeamViewer) with the efficient handling of our DATEV-integrated accounting software.
  • Shape the Future: You will analyze technical topics, new ideas, or legal requirements and contribute your practical knowledge directly to projects for quality assurance and the further development of our software.
  • Share Knowledge: You will prepare and conduct regular online or in-person training sessions for users.
  • Networking: You will represent our company at trade fairs and user events, fostering personal connections with our clients.

Requirements – What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Successfully completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Familiarity with software used in the tax/accounting sector (e.g., DATEV). Career starters are explicitly welcome!
  • Communication Skills: Enjoyment of customer contact, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to explain complex tax matters in a simple and understandable way.
  • Soft Skills: A friendly, confident demeanor, strong advisory skills, team spirit, and a desire for regular professional exchange.
  • Language: German at a C1 level (or higher) is mandatory for secure communication with our clients.
