It represents prisoners and former offenders in Ohio and federal courts on claims that their civil rights were violated by abuse or other means while incarcerated. In this tenure-track clinical faculty position, the candidate will also teach one doctrinal course per year in a field related to their clinical work.

Applicants for this position must possess a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice law in a US jurisdiction, and have excellent academic and professional credentials. Any candidate who is offered this position will be required to go through a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
