Role & Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesiology care for cardiac procedures, supervising a team of 8 MDs and 27.5 CRNAs.
• Work primarily during weekdays with guaranteed 40 hours, including call shifts.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Manage patients across 23 ORs on two campuses, ensuring high-quality perioperative care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certification in Anesthesiology.
• Active Delaware medical license, IMLC acceptance, or equivalent licensing.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.

Key Duties

• Provide supervision and independent anesthesia services for cardiac surgeries.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and certification standards.
