Our work includes monthly business and financial reviews, finance process optimisation, developing financing strategies, reporting for investors and boards, and commentary on business performance.
Responsibilities
As a Finance Manager, you will support experienced CFOs and advise managing directors. You will gain insight into a wide range of finance functions, enabling fast professional growth at Nortos.
- Supporting our external CFO work: helping to manage our external CFO projects, working closely with clients and senior team members.
- Operational finance: helping to prepare monthly reports, variance analyses and budget monitoring.
- Strategic support: helping to develop and implement our clients' financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of professional experience in a finance role, ideally in a start-up or another dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of the core areas of finance: FP&A, controlling, accounting, processes and systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Flexibility: you decide when and where you work. If you prefer to work with us in our Düsseldorf office, we'll of course be happy to see you in person.
