Your Role in Our Team
#Learn the HR Trade: You support the HR team in a generalist way with all HR-relevant topics, from filling vacancies to contractual and labor law issues to employee departures. You will assist in planning employee events, such as our annual summer party or team events, and organize applicant events, such as trade fairs, while ensuring the well-being of our employees at the location.
#Recruiting & Talent Search: The search for perfect candidates for our NBB team will be one of your main tasks. You will create job advertisements and actively search for new employees. Pre-selecting applications, managing applicants, attending interviews, and onboarding new colleagues will be part of your duties.
#General Administrative and Organisational Tasks: You will be responsible for maintaining personnel files and ensuring that office supplies such as printer paper or letterheads are replenished. You will manage incoming and outgoing mail and communicate with employees, colleagues, and applicants by phone, email, and letter.
#HR Projects: Participate in exciting HR projects related to personnel marketing, recruiting strategies, change processes, and much more.
#From Starter to High-Flyer: Since we train for our own needs, it will be our common goal to prepare you for a career start at notebooksbilliger.de, for example, in our HR department.
