Billing Assistant (100% Permanent Contract)

We are looking for a Billing Assistant at 100% on a permanent contract to join Delta Cafés Suisse and strengthen our team. Job Description:

Management and monitoring of customer order billing; Entry and processing of orders in the computer system; Verification of data before issuing invoices; Monitoring deliveries and coordinating with the logistics department; General administrative support to the team; Management of discrepancies, corrections and possible adjustments; Filing and archiving of documents.

Your Profile:

Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training;

Proven experience in an administrative role and/or related to billing;

Good command of common IT tools (MS Office, especially Excel);

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

Motivated, rigorous and organised person

Good team spirit and ability to manage priorities;

Fluency in French and Portuguese;

A good understanding of German is an asset.
