Overview As Associate Director, Strategic Assistant Business Ops, you will partner with the TA Head to enable strategic and operational execution across Oncology International. You shape the agenda, lead governance and leadership meetings, and drive portfolio prioritization and budgeting. You’ll streamline processes, advance culture and change initiatives, and accelerate AI-enabled decision-making and execution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and transformation, offering broad impact across brands, launches, and cross-functional teams.
