Overview

In this role you drive technical development and life-cycle management for autoinjector-based combination products in a cross-functional setting. You integrate device components with prefilled syringes to form safe, robust delivery systems and support regulatory processes and audits. You will influence both clinical and commercial stages, shaping product quality and lifecycle strategies. Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Deliver technical development and lifecycle management for easy-to-use, safe, and robust products in cross-functional teams
  • Own device constituent parts of an autoinjector and system integration with prefilled syringes into a combination product, including LCM for commercial products
  • Support device design development following design control processes and applicable regulatory framework
  • Ensure component quality for clinical trials and commercial production
  • Support internal and external audits on medical device-related matters and address health authority questions

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Bachelor, Master or PhD in engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years in development of medical devices and/or combination products, preferably in pharma
  • Experience in developing plastic and metal components; tolerance analysis, modelling, and testing
  • Excellent English skills; German a plus
  • Autonomous, independent work style; interest in medical device development and lifecycle management projects
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
