Lead and develop the Europe HR Business Partner (HRBP) team Provide strategic HR guidance and advisory support to leaders, with a focus on senior and middle management Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Drive organizational and change management initiatives in a dynamic, growth-oriented, private equity-backed environment Manage talent management, performance management, succession planning, and budgeting processes (annual HR cycle) across the Europe region Analyze HR metrics and derive actionable insights and improvement measures Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Expertise, the HR Operations Europe team, and the Executive Committee Foster a positive organizational culture and strengthen employee engagement and retention Lead and contribute to regional and global HR projects Skills
University degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an international environment with complex organizational structures; people leadership experience is an advantage Strong understanding of business processes and organizational development Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and leadership development programs Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work Solid knowledge of employment law, particularly Austrian and German labor law; knowledge of other European jurisdictions is an advantage Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation capabilities in both languages Benefits
