Responsibilities: Design and develop architectural plans in accordance with client needs and current regulations. Collaborate with engineers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure the technical and financial feasibility of projects. Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses. Prepare technical drawings, models and 3D visualisations. Monitor and supervise construction work to ensure compliance with plans and deadlines. Manage project administration, including permit applications and tender dossiers. Participate in site meetings and resolve technical issues during the project. REG Profile sought: Degree in architecture (DPLG, DE, HMONP or equivalent). Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience in an architectural firm. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Knowledge of construction standards and regulations. Strong project management and communication skills. Creativity, rigour and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
