Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural plans in accordance with client needs and current regulations. - Collaborate with engineers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure the technical and financial feasibility of projects. - Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses. - Prepare technical drawings, models and 3D visualisations. - Monitor and supervise construction work to ensure compliance with plans and deadlines. - Manage project administration, including permit applications and tender dossiers. - Participate in site meetings and resolve technical issues during the project. - REG
Profile sought:
- Degree in architecture (DPLG, DE, HMONP or equivalent). - Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience in an architectural firm. - Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). - Knowledge of construction standards and regulations. - Strong project management and communication skills. - Creativity, rigour and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
