Job Responsibilities

1. Software Development & Architecture:
   • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for identity management solutions.
   • Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of the platform.
   • Collaborate with architects and technical leads on system design and integrations.
2. Front-End Development:
   • Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
   • Optimize UI components for performance and accessibility.
   • Ensure seamless API integration.
3. Back-End Development:
   • Implement server-side logic, APIs, and database structures using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
   • Optimize database queries and performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
   • Ensure data security and proper authentication/authorization.
   • Work with cross-functional teams and participate in agile ceremonies.
   • Contribute to code reviews and best practices.
4. Security & Compliance:
   • Implement secure coding practices in line with industry standards (OWASP, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001).
   • Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
   • Follow best practices for scalability and data protection.
5. Testing & Deployment:
   • Create unit, integration, and automated tests.
   • Work with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines.
   • Monitor and optimize application performance in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 7 years of full-stack development experience with a strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or Python.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese, French, or German is a plus.
